You understand and agree that for services provided by Healthcare Service Providers on the basis of appointments, you will be responsible for 100% of the missed appointment fees.

Cancellation On Cancellation of the appointment booked by the user:

  • You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel the appointment at least 72 hours prior to the appointment.
  • The Healthcare Service Provider retains the discretion to cancel an appointment. Should the Healthcare Service Provider cancel an appointment, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • We will levy a 20% cancellation fee if the cancellation of the appointment is done by you between 24 hours and 72 hours prior to the appointment.
  • There will be no refund on any cancellation by you, if such cancellation is within 24 hours of the appointment.
  • It takes between 30 to 45 days to process a refund request. Even where Connect2MyDoctor processes the refund, your credit card company and Banks make take longer time to finish the processing of the refund and remit funds to your account.
  • If you haven't received a refund after 45 days, please check with you credit card company / bank.
  • If you've done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] with all the details of the appointment that has been cancelled by you and copies of your communication with the bank or credit card company in this regards.

Refund on grounds of performance You are not entitled to a refund of fees if you are not happy or satisfied with the services provided by the Healthcare Service Provider.
